Information we process

• Order details: name, email, billing address, country, purchased products and order history.
• Payment status and Stripe identifiers. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by The Card Party.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, request timing and consent preferences.
• Usage and purchase events through Google Tag Manager only after you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We process this information to take payment, deliver license keys, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain accounting records, comply with law and—with consent—understand store usage. The relevant legal bases may include performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in securing the service, and consent for optional analytics.

Service providers and transfers

We share only the information needed with Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google (consent-based analytics). These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain order and transaction records for support, fraud prevention and applicable accounting or tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them when no longer needed. Access is restricted, privileged operations run server-side, and payment card data remains with Stripe. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and analytics

The store uses an essential cart cookie. Optional Google analytics tags load only after you choose “Accept analytics.” You can change that choice by clearing the site's stored consent and revisiting the page.

Your rights
