Digital products
The Card Party sells digital license keys. Please verify the product, platform, duration and regional compatibility before paying. Your order page displays a key as soon as it is allocated.
When to contact us
Contact us promptly if a key is not delivered, differs from what you ordered, was already redeemed when first supplied, or cannot be activated despite meeting the listed requirements. Include your order number and the platform's exact error message. We may ask for reasonable evidence needed to diagnose the issue.
Available remedies
We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a working replacement or refund the affected item to the original payment method. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a correctly supplied key after it has been revealed or redeemed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate or unauthorised purchases are reviewed individually.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Rules for digital content—including cancellation rights and any required consent to immediate supply—depend on your location and the circumstances of delivery. Where those rules give you a stronger remedy, they take priority over this policy.
How to request help
Email contact@thecardparty.com with your order number and a description of the problem. If a refund is approved, we submit it to Stripe promptly; your bank determines when it appears on your statement.
