Terms of Service

Store and agreement
The Card Party operates this website and sells third-party digital license keys. By placing an order you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy and Refund policies. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and provide accurate order information.
Digital products
Products are digital codes for the product, duration and region shown on the product page. No physical item is shipped. The Card Party is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Xbox or other publishers unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Those names and marks belong to their owners.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices and currency are displayed before payment. Stripe processes payments. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it. We may reject or refund an order affected by fraud, pricing error or unavailable inventory. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Delivery and activation
After successful payment, the order page displays assigned codes and we send them to the email supplied at checkout. Products can remain available to order while key inventory is being replenished; in that case, delivery follows as soon as keys are available. Delivery can also occasionally be delayed by payment review. You are responsible for checking the stated platform and regional compatibility before purchase and for keeping a delivered code private.
Problems and refunds
If a code is missing, incorrect or cannot be activated, contact us promptly with the order number and error details. The Refund Policy explains available remedies. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, evade security or rate limits, scrape private data, use stolen payment details, resell codes contrary to product restrictions, or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict access needed to protect customers or the service.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep product information and the service accurate and available, but maintenance and third-party outages can occur. To the extent permitted by law, The Card Party is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Mandatory warranties and liabilities remain unaffected.
Changes, law and contact
Terms applying to an order are those presented when it is placed. We may update these terms for future use. Applicable law and courts are determined by mandatory rules and the customer's place of residence; these terms do not impose a conflicting foreign forum. Questions can be sent to contact@thecardparty.com.
